Nottingham-based Digital marketing agency Hallam internet is merging with BigSpring, a web design and development agency.
The deal results in an agency with 36 employees and annual revenues approaching £3m.
The combined agency will retain the Hallam brand and Hallam founder and managing director Susan Hallam will continue to lead the business.
Hallam said: “I am delighted to have reached an agreement with BigSpring. Our two companies have worked in partnership for several years now. BigSpring are highly regarded for their web development solutions and their exceptional customer service. Our common values and vision were recognised from day one, and it was only a matter of time before we made the commitment to join forces.”
The new firm’s team of digital developers is led by technical director Jon Martin. The BigSpring client roster includes the BBC, Raleigh Bikes, and Jaegermeister. Hallam’s clients include the United Nations, The Money Shop, and Experian.
